These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PhilPAI LLC's automated SMS appointment booking service ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

PhilPAI provides an AI-powered SMS platform that automatically responds to missed calls for local service businesses and assists in scheduling appointments. The Service is provided to business owners ("Clients") who configure it for their customers ("End Users").

2. SMS Program

Program name: PhilPAI Appointment Booking

Description: Automated SMS responses to missed calls for appointment scheduling.

Message frequency: Varies based on customer interactions. Typically 1–5 messages per inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of messages, reply STOP at any time. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at support@philpai.com.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws
• Clients must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content
• Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate business information

4. Subscription and Billing

PhilPAI offers monthly subscription plans. Billing begins after any applicable free trial period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Limitations of Liability

PhilPAI is not liable for missed appointments, failed SMS deliveries, or business losses arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
