3. SMS Communications

When you call a phone number powered by PhilPAI and do not reach a live person, you may receive an automated SMS response. This constitutes consent to receive that initial response. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• The business whose number you contacted (they receive your conversation history)
• Service providers who help us operate our platform (SMS delivery, cloud hosting)
